I want to change the email address on my booking

If the email address on your booking needs updating, for example because you have misspelled it or would like to change it to a new address, we can help. Please note that before we can process the request we must take reasonable steps to verify that it has come from the original booker in order to protect our customers.

To update your email address, please contact us from the email address inbox used to make the booking. If you are unable to do so, please CC that email address in the correspondence. Please provide the following details when requesting the email change: 
- Name
- Booking Reference 
- Email address used to make the booking
- Email address you would like to update it to
