HAVE YOU MADE YOUR BOOKING WITH WHY AM I SO SINGLE TICKETS?

If your booking was not made through Why Am I So Single Tickets and your confirmation email is not from the mailbox above, we will not be able to help with the booking - instead you will need to contact the company you purchased your tickets through.

INFORMATION ABOUT EXCHANGE E-CARDS

You have reached this page because you are no longer planning to attend a performance for which you have one or more bookings.

Bookings are not flexible. However, up to 48 hours prior to the performance time Theatres will permit us to enable you to make a replacement booking.

The E-Card will have a Use By Date of 2 months from the date of issue - you don't have to attend a performance by this date, this is just the deadline for rebooking your tickets. Subject to availability, the value of the E-Card can be redeemed at checkout towards a new booking for any performance on sale at the time. 

Please note that Why Am I So Single Exchange E-Cards can only be issued to replace a whole booking and not a partial booking.  We cannot offer flexibility for partial bookings. For information on partial bookings please click here.

APPLY FOR A WHY AM I SO SINGLE EXCHANGE E-CARD

E-Cards take a few days to issue following a confirmed request and there is no guarantee that any specific seats/performances/prices available at the time of the request or when you originally purchased your tickets will be available at the time of E-Card issue/when you rebook

Whilst they can be redeemed for any performance subject to availability, they are not primarily intended to offer short term flexibility for busy performances and you should consider this before applying if you are intending to redeem the E-Card for a performance which takes place within a few days and/or is heavily sold at the time of application.

KEY FEATURES OF A WHY AM I SO SINGLE EXCHANGE E-CARD

  1. contains the full value of your cancelled booking including any fees
  2. can be used to rebook at any time you choose after receipt, right up until the expiry date
  3. valid for all Why Am I So Single The Musical West End performances sold on book.whyamisosingletickets.com (subject to availability at the time you choose to book)
  4. can be topped up at checkout with a credit or debit card if your new booking costs more than your original booking
  5. retains the balance and can be used again for a future booking prior to expiry if your new booking costs less than the card balance
  6. will have a Use By Date of 2 months from the date of issue - you don't have to attend a performance by this date, this is just the deadline for rebooking your tickets
