I have not received an expected email from you

If you are expecting an email from us – for example a confirmation email or e-tickets – and you have not received it, here is what to do:

The first thing to do if you have not done it already is to check your junk mail folder.  Some email providers also create an 'All Mail' folder or an 'Other' folder in addition to the inbox and junk mail and if this applies to your provider you should check there too.

If the email you were expecting cannot be located in any of those places, the next step depends on whether you will be attending a Performance today or not:

THE PERFORMANCE IS TODAY

If the email which cannot be located concerns a Performance which you are planning to attend todayyou should go to the Garrick Theatre Box Office on arrival for assistance.  If this is the case, we recommend you arrive early so as not delay your entry to the event.  

THE PERFORMANCE IS MORE THAN 24H AWAY

If the email which cannot be located does not concern a Performance which you are planning to attend today,  the quickest response will be achieved if you contact us by email at help@sosingletickets.com.
