ABOUT WHY AM I SO SINGLE EXCHANGE E-CARDS


Why Am I So Single Exchange E-Cards can be issued to certain customers to enable them to make a replacement booking by applying the value of their original booking for Why Am I So Single in the West End to a future booking, subject to availability at that time.

In order to issue you with a Why Am I So Single Exchange E-Card, we will cancel your existing booking in full - Exchange E-Cards can only be issued to replace a whole booking and not a part of your booking. We currently do not offer an option for partial exchanges.

Why Am I So Single Exchange E-Cards are sent by email and are usually issued within a few days of a confirmed valid request. However, under current circumstances, our Team sometimes has to prioritise issues with specific performances. This can lead to unavoidable delays in issuing Exchange E-Cards, but should they occur we will keep working on it until you receive your Exchange E-Card.

We will not be able to issue Why Am I So Single Exchange E-Cards requested less than 48 hrs prior to the performance. You can find out what your options are here. 


WHY AM I SO SINGLE EXCHANGE E-CARD KEY FEATURES


  1. contains the full value of your cancelled booking including any fees
  2. can be used to rebook at any time you choose after receipt, right up until the expiry date
  3. valid for all Why Am I So Single West End performances sold on book.whyamisosingletickets.com (subject to availability at the time you choose to book)
  4. can be topped up at checkout with a credit or debit card if your new booking costs more than your original booking
  5. retains the balance and can be used again for a future booking prior to expiry if your new booking costs less than the card balance
  6. will have a Use By Date of 19th January 2025 - you must use your E-Card and attend a performance by this date, as the production will play its final scheduled performance on 19th January 2025
  7. Why Am I So Single Exchange E-Card terms and conditions replace the terms and conditions of your original booking
